The splint has finally been removed by the Doctor today!!! woohooo. However, he advised to only begin exercising on the 6th week. That was quite sad and a long time......cant even train for kl marathon 30th march, I think I might just give it a pass this time. The saddest of all, contact sports can only begin after 3months =( hu hu hu.....~
